My wife, Beth, and I have been married since 1986 and live in Central Florida. We are the proud parents of two adult children.
How I Think About Leadership
My approach begins with a simple conviction: lasting transformation starts with truth. What we believe shapes how we think. How we think influences how we act. Repeated actions shape our character, and character ultimately influences our destiny.
